Support at the National Radio Science Meeting (NRSM)

Note that each year, USNC-URSI provides support to ~100 students in the form of free registration and travel stipends to the National Radio Science Meeting (NRSM), which is held annually in January in Boulder, CO. During the NRSM, all students are also invited to a mentoring luncheon, and they are encouraged to attend any of the commission business meetings either as guests or as student members of USNC-URSI.

Further, USNC-URSI typically provides some students travel support to the URSI GASS.

Lastly, students are encouraged to participate in the NRSM student paper competition. USNC-URSI also typically sponsors and runs the URSI GASS SPC and AP-RASC SPC Link Here, which are URSI flagship conferences.
